TERMS & CONDITIONS – BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
Booking & Deposit Policy
To reserve an event date, clients are required to submit an inquiry form and pay a $100 deposit. Payment of the deposit authorizes us to secure entertainers and allocate resources for the requested event date. Submission of a deposit does not constitute a guaranteed start time, but does reserve services for the selected date.

Availability & Performance Window
​
While clients may request a preferred performance time, all services are scheduled within a two (2) hour arrival window of the requested time. This scheduling window allows for travel time, setup, and coordination of multiple events. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed.

Service Commitment
​
Upon receipt of the deposit, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure entertainer availability for the requested event date. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill the booking due to unforeseen circumstances or lack of availability, the client will be notified promptly.

Refund Policy
​
If we are unable to provide services for the reserved event date for any reason attributable to us, the $100 deposit will be refunded. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Client Responsibility
​
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details at the time of booking. Changes to date, time, location, or services requested may affect availability and are not guaranteed.
